Description
 
  YAG laser welding is to use high energy pulse laser to welding the workpiece, it takes the pulse xenon lamp as the pump source, YAG as the laser working material. The laser power supply firstly preburns the pulsed xenon lamp, discharges the pulsed xenon lamp through the laser power supply, so that the xenon lamp produces a certain frequency and pulse width of the light wave, and the light wave irradiates YAG laser crystal through the condenser cavity, so as to excite YAG laser crystal to produce laser, and then after the resonator generates a pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm. After beam expansion, reflection (or transmission through optical fiber), laser radiation to the surface of the workpiece after focusing, so that the workpiece local melting welding. Welding required pulse laser frequency, pulse width, workbench moving speed, moving direction can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, and by adjusting the size of the current, laser frequency, pulse width to control the size of laser energy.
